Returns/Shipping Policy
Returns/Exchanges can be processed via our returns portal here.
Defective or Damaged items - Send an email to hello@coucou-boston.com to explain the issue and include photos. We will respond with return/replacement instructions.
Returns -
Most new and unused items are eligible for returns or store credit, within 10 days of items ship date.
**Products must be returned in unused, unwashed and unworn condition with ALL original tags and packaging included. We are a small, family owned shop - please don't wear or use item if you intend on returning it. Our clothes include a security tag as pictured below, attached to the front of the item, which cannot be removed or tampered with in order to receive a refund.
