RETURNS 
Most new and unused items are eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit, within 10 days of items ship date.

**Products must be returned in unused, unwashed and unworn condition with ALL original tags and packaging included. We are a small, family owned shop - please don't wear or use item if you intend on returning it. Our clothes include a security tag as pictured below, attached to the front of the item, which cannot be removed or tampered with in order to receive a refund. 
• Non-sale items, may be be returned with three options and exclusions:
1. Store Credit - $7 Restocking Fee
2. Exchange* - $7 Exchange Fee + free shipping
3. Original Payment Method - $14 Restock Fee
*Oversized shipments may incur a larger return shipping fee. 

• Sale items are eligible for store credit only. Note that items on temporary sale, may be returned as normal for full refunds.

• Final Sale items are non-refundable/non-returnable.
 
• Exchanges - We offer advanced exchanges, which means you can exchange your purchase for almost anything in our shop! If the new item is more expensive, we will charge you the difference and if it is less, we will give you store credit for the difference.

• Defective or Damaged items - Please select Defective/Damaged as reason for returning. It will prompt you to explain the issue and include photos. We will respond with return/replacement instructions within 48 hours.

• CouCou does not accept the liability for shipping loss or damage of returned items.

• Gift Cards and Mystery Boxes are non-refundable.

• All returns will be processed within 3 - 5 business days of receiving the items.  Please allow extra time during high season, launches or holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most domestic shipping within the United States is free on orders over $125, however some exclusions apply on larger or bulky items, as well as on some special collection launches such as Soor Ploom, Apolina and Misha & Puff. 

Large/Heavy/Bulky Items - Whenever possible we aim to note within the item description if there is shipping surcharge.  These surcharges also apply to returns of such items and will be deducted as additional fees when processing refunds.  Such items include, but are not limited to, doll furniture, kids furniture, larger storage baskets, bicycles, scooters, ride-ons, etc.

International shipping charges will be calculated by our discounted Shopify rates.  Only DHL or UPS is available for international orders so that we can guarantee tracking and swift handling of orders.

If you wish to return something by mail yourself, without using our returns portal, please ship items to the below address.  Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen returns. We suggest you add insurance and/or signature delivery.
