How CouCou PreLoved Works
Selling PreLoved
CouCou PreLoved makes it easy for you to give your children’s gently used clothing a second life while earning rewards. Here’s how it works:

List Your Items:
Enter the order number and email linked to the item you wish to sell on CouCou PreLoved and follow the prompts to create your listing. -
Shipping Made Simple:
Once someone purchases your item, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Just package the item securely and send it to the buyer. -
Choose Your Payout:
When the buyer receives and accepts the item, you’ll select your payout method: - 70% of the resale price as a cash payment, or
- 100% of the resale price as CouCou store credit.
This streamlined process ensures that selling on CouCou PreLoved is as effortless as it is rewarding. Whether you’re decluttering or simply passing along previously loved clothes, you’ll feel great knowing you’re contributing to a sustainable future while earning something back.
