CouCou in partnership with Tinyhood, will host it’s first annual Toy Drive to benefit the Eastern Service Workers Association (ESWA) for low income families in the Greater Boston area.
Please bring new or unused toys between December 7th and 14th to CouCou, where you can also buy select toys for the Drive, at 50% off.
Want to help more? ESWA needs volunteers to help with Toy Sorting on December 16th. Bring your children to help and learn about community service early on. Volunteering is a great way to teach our children empathy and to help them understand a world outside of their own home. The Toy Sorting event is also fun for kids who can help choose toys according to age and organize them in groups. The Toy Sort is Friday, Dec. 16 from 3pm to 8pm, and volunteers can come in shifts of an hour or less or more - whatever is best for you. See location details below.

About ESWA Eastern Service Workers Association (ESWA) is a membership of low-income workers in the greater Boston area is organizing a season of hope by and for low-income service workers and our families, even as the cost of living skyrockets, leaving 42% of children in Dorchester, Roxbury and Mattapan in poverty. Hundreds of ESWA membership families who otherwise would not have the means to enjoy the holiday festivities will be able to join in celebration through collective effort.
At the same time, ESWA’s year-round organizing drive is fighting for long-term solutions to the root causes of the poverty afflicting service, part-time and temporary workers of Boston.
